These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of MeCo Decks (the "Product") provided by creative-coffee-monstrik ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Product, you agree to these Terms.

1. About the Product

MeCo Decks is a free-to-use app. We do not require user accounts, and we do not process payments. We may accept voluntary donations.

2. Intellectual Property

The Product, including its content, branding, and design, is owned by creative-coffee-monstrik and protected by copyright and other laws. You may use the Product for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Product without prior written permission from us.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Product or attempt to access it in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.

4. Privacy and Data

We collect email addresses through a Google Forms signup for updates. We do not collect names or contact numbers. Any information you submit is processed by Google Forms and stored according to Google's policies.

We do not offer user accounts and we do not verify the security of submissions. Please do not submit sensitive personal data.

5. Third-Party Services

The Product may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

6. Disclaimers

The Product is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not make warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, creative-coffee-monstrik will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Product.
